I’ve tried checking out a few times, but the website keeps freezing right at the payment step. It’s frustrating because everything seems fine until then, and I end up not being able to complete my order. i expected the process to be smoother.

The store was mostly clean overall, especially the floors, but the bathrooms definitely needed more attention when I went. I mentioned it to an employee, but it kind of felt like they didn’t really care or were just trying to move on.

I use Mariano's mostly to check the weekly deals and clip digital coupons before I shop. Some of the prices are actually good if I remeber to add everything first, and the fuel points are a nice little bonus too.

The loyalty program can be kinda confusing though. Sometimes a deal doesn’t show up right at checkout, so I end up double checking my reciept after. It’s not terrible or anything, just feels like it could be a lot easier to use.

They showed up exactly when they said they would, again. I’ll admit, I always half-expect there to be some hidden catch or last-minute excuse, but nope, they’ve been really consistent.

I had a bad visit here. I asked one simple question and the person acted like I was bothering them or something. Then checkout wasn’t any better, the cashier barely even looked up and seemed annoyed the whole time. I know people have bad days, but it just felt really unprofessional. Not really what I expected from Marianos

I was already a little skeptical about ordering fresh groceries this way, and this order didn’t really help. The produce looked tired, and the meat didn’t seem very fresh either. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it kind of confirmed what I was worried about

Checking out on Mariano's was easy and didn’t take too long. I did have to double-check my pickup time once, but the payment went through without any issues. Overall, it was a good experience, just a little clunky in a few spots, if that makes sense

I use Marianos.com often to check groceries, and most of the time they have what I need in stock. It’s easy enough to browse and add things to my cart. The only frustrating part is when something shows as available, but then disappears by the time I get to checkout. That can be a little annoying, especially if it’s something I was counting on. Overall though, it works well enough, and I usually feel good using it for my grocery runs.

They took care of the missing item and explained what was going to happen next without making it feel complicated. I appreciated that they sounded like an actual person and not like they were just copying from a script.

In the end, it was easier than I expected and not nearly as stressful as I thought it might be. I’d use Mariano's again, though I’d probably still double-check everything after payment just to be safe.

The prices are good most days, and when they’re on point, it feels like a tiny miracle for your wallet. Definitely worth the money
